Section 15
Compulsory Retirement
The Proprietor may compulsorily retire any worker or employee who has crossed the age of fifty five years. Provided that he/she may extend the period of service of any worker of employee by five years, in case the worker or employee is indispensable for the operation of the functions Enterprise.
